Waterpump replacement question????

I am changing out my waterpump on my nonSC '96 LSS. My question is I have all the bolts off except for the 1/2 inch one closest to the cab. It seems to be partially behind the pulley for the power steering. Do I need to remove that pulley? and how is the easiest way?

thanks.......

Re: Waterpump replacement question????

You do not remove the pulley, simply unbolt the power steering pump from the engine, it is only 2 bolts i think. 13mm if i remember right. Then you will have plenty of room.

Are those the 2 bolts behind the pulley?

Yes they are behind the pulley, you will have to go through the holes on the pulley to reach them.
