04 2.2 ecotec dash board going nuts

hi i been having dead batteries alot i bought a replacement figured it was battery but no if i let it stand a few hours by then the battery is dead now i noticed with the key ouf ot ignition the dash lights stay on relays are clicking on and off in the car and under the door if i press the clutch i hear relays clicking off the lights on the dash scome on as service the handbrake engine light and this picture of a car with a pad lock which i have no idea what that last one means

what is it is it the computer gon nuts? so what is wrong with it?

still no fix yet does it have to do something with the delco 2 theft thing or the radio theft? whats this code u have to enter into the radio? as i read in my hayes repair book
