1989 Chevrolet Batmobile
This car has always been of intrest to me and I finaly got some numbers on it and they are NUTS! The Batmobile is 19'6" long, 8' wide with 24" wheels. The frame is experimental titanium alloy, and the power source is 1500 HP gas turbine using 97% octane jet fuel. It accelerates from 0 to 90 in 5.2 seconds with a cruising speed of 225 mph and a top speed of afterburner boost to 350 mph. Hey you Rice Monkeys...I'm Batman!

It went for $500,000 which is about what it would cost to reproduce one.
Kevin McFarlane (creater of Spawn) bought it and It's curently on display at his personal museum alongside Mark McGuire's 61-70 hr Balls. Brian |

I thought it would have sold for more. Wouldn't that be something seeing that car going down the street...
