Question Turning the key on a 1995 Cav does nada

I went to start my 95 Cavalier Z24 recently. It would make attempts to start but would never actually get going. After about a half-hour of trying to diagnose the issue, it no longer does anything at all. Not turning over. No click. Absolutely nothing.

The battery was due to be replaced, so I through a new one in. Did not help the situation. Radio, power windows, etc. work just fine. Kind of at a loss here. Any help would be appreciated.

Mae sure you have power to the starter on the big wire and power on the small wire with the key in the crank position. If you do than the starter is dead.
