05 z71 with fuse box problem

every once in a while (especially when hot) ill turn the key on and the fuel pump wont kick on, the headlights and cab lights wont come on and a service 4wd message comes up. if i open the hood and hit the fuse box everything kicks on and works fine. i can still turn on the head lights manually. i figure its a conection in the fuse box but not sure what, any clue?

remove the fuse box after you check all your grounds and feed connections ..that means removal, clean, [wire brush] torque securely.

make sure the fuses have solid tight fit...some have found they are loose because of improper removal damages the fuse socket..
