need help 95 altima

my marker lights and my dash lights arent working. the dash indicator lights;abs door,bat lights; all work fine. i just put new bulbs in the markers, park and tail lights, others were fine. still no lights. i got a headlight switch and dash dimmer switch from a junk yard and still nothing. fuses under dash are good.

any suggestions?
