Thumbs down 91 3800 vin L-Power Window Issues

Hello,

[91 Regal 3800 V6 3.8L Vin "L"]
I have recently installed a car alarm that has feature to roll up the front two windows automatically when armed. Unfortunately, the passenger side window does not reach the closed position (70% of the way closed).

When I push the up button on the driver side switch, I have to press the button about four times to get the window fully closed. the window will go up a couple of inches at a time.

However, when I press up on the passenger side power window switch, the window goes up all the way. Although, there is a slight hesitation where it would stop if I was using the driver side switch.

I also noted that my battery gauge jumps considerably every time I press the driver side switch.

When I pushed the passenger side switch, there was almost no movement of the gauge.

Any help would be appreciated. I just purchased a window regulator and motor to replace on the passenger side, hopefully this fixes it. I have already tried to look for obstructions, and I greased up the window with no luck. Should I buy a new driver side power window switch?

you may also want to check the wiring that goes from the a-pillar through the door to the switch. Pull the protective boot back to expose the wiring harness. These wires break with age due to being bent and straightened as the door is opened and closed, and will cause intermittent issues before failing completely.

I really need to find an honest auto-electrician to check all my wires.

When I use my turn signals, the battery gauge jumps also.

I've had past issues with intermittent lose of power to the rear driver side window

And my regular headlights don't work, only high-beams. :-(
