Here are OBD11 code list.
http://www.troublecodes.net/OBD2/Pcodes.shtml But I do not see any P4052 or even 4000 series codes. What problem are you having and will codes clear and not come back? What kind of code reader or scanner are you using?

Is it possibly showing P0452? That DTC indicates a problem with the EVAP pressure sensor showing a lower than expected pressure reading in the fuel tank. Not necessarily a bad sensor, just a low reading and it needs to be checked out. The P0452pd means it has failed more than one time, the "pd" means "pending".
