Ferrari Daytona's and 348 Repsol Lemans 1/24th scale

Here are a few more Ferrari's I did over the years. They are based on my old Scale Designs full kits and transkits. The Repsol 348 is a Fujimi based model with the Scale Designs SDT5 transkit. The Daytona's are both Scale Designs Daytona competition kits. The 250LM is also a Scale Designs 1/24th kit. All these Scale Designs kits are out of production. The last model is a Revell California with the Hobby Design photoetch and wheels.
I will try to do 5 more models for next years Ferrari Expo 2011 in 1/24th and 1/43rd scale.
Scale Designs has some more all new Ferrari kits planned. T.B.A.

Here are the models:

Very Cool models!! I love the Repsol 348 it looks awesome in those colours!! Whats happened to the California's exhaust? it looks like its on one hell of an angle.

Nice work on all models! Those HD wheels look great on the California.

What happened? A problem with the kit or just what you like?

Great Ferrari combo!
I like all too mcuh...
I also have the 250 LM piper in my stash, and I have quenstions about the body color. So which one you use for it? It seem nice and accurate to me.
Thanks for sharing...

Hi,

Thank you. The exhaust fits into a bent photoetch part. On one side I did not bend it enough so I matched the other side to look the same. Its a little off but I like it ok. The photoetch from Hobby Design is stainless steel, not nickel.
