91 Firebird w/ 305 TBI

After a few days of diagnostics to figure why my car wont start, i have figured out that something with the fuel delivery system is bad. My fuel pump doesnt turn on and i dont think the pump went bad cause i drove my car the day it stopped running and after i went to try to start it a few hours later, i couldnt. what else could be an issue if not the fuel pump?? I already replaced the fuel pump relay, i checked the 2 injector fuses too just in case it was the injectors and not the pump, but i cant even hear the pump turn on. It cranks and cranks but does not fire. I know the spark is good cause i can run off of starter fluid. I looked at the throttle body whil it was cranking and ther is no fuel squirting out of the injectors. Pump or Vats? not sure what i causing this to happen.

it would be the pump. if it were the vats, it wouldnt even crank. all you would have is lights and guages, nothing else. i have a 92 with the same motor and fuel system, started it up to move it one day, went to put it back up and no start. fuel pump had craped out on me.
