Trunk Switch 2002 LS

My interior trunk button stopped opening the trunk. The one for the gas is still working. The one on my keyless entry continues to work. Any ideas why it stopped working?

Re: Trunk Switch 2002 LS

Make sure the valet switch in the glove box is not triggered. I don't recall if that switch will also disable the keyless remote from opening it, I don't think it does. I believe it will work exactly as you describe if that switch was inadvertantly tripped.
