JDM headlights

is it true that REAL JDM headlights come w/HID's already installed in them? i was looking at some, and they're over 600 bucks, but IF they DO come with HID's, then that's cool because i was planning to get them anyways, which would mean about 100 bucks for the actual housing, compared to 200 of Angel Eyes. also, i've heard that angel eyes aren't as bright as projectors. how about angel eyes w/HID's?

if they have a ballast attached to them then their HIDs, i think the angel eyes are more show and less function.

alright, the REAL JDM's are all 600-700 bucks and said they're used with standard/stock bulbs, which is really expensive. would i be just as happy getting "JDM style" and putting HID's in them? i still think angel eyes w/HID's would look really nice, just kinda against spending 500 bucks on a HID light system just to have it be counterproductive cuz of my housing...

i got some jdm style heads. and if you want them brighter, there is a guard behind the lens that you can take off. it allows the bulbs to shine straight through instead of only allowing reflected light out. it made a huge different. so bright i had to aim the lights all the way down. before i did, they were in my eyes brighter than the highs.
