cluster

OK i got my new cluster but i need to roll the miles FORWARD what is the fastest way to do that (i need to roll it from 100,500 to 163,XXX
is there a faster way than a drill and a spare spedo cable????????

Crxce- theoretically if u laid a starter on a table and hooked up the wires would it run???

BLU CIVIC- no...it doesn't have any legs

u can do it manually with a jewlers screwdriver or those very tiny screwdrivers, just make sure u dont scratch the numbers, another way is to swap ur old one and the new one, just take em both apart and take the needles off, swap the whole assembly and there u go, shouldnt b 2 hard, just take ur old one apart first so u know how it works hehe

yes, take out ur DX cluster, goto a junk yard or go on ebay and buy an lx cluster and install it

fastest way is to swap the speedo over from old cluster to new one. takes about 15 min at most.

Heres what you do. Where the black meets the white plastic on the cluster find the clips holding it on and then open up the cluster. On the back there are 4 screws behind the speedo. tkae those out and the speedo should slide right out. Do the same to other cluster and swap speedos. Installation is reverse of removal

that would be a small problem since my old spedo is gone (it broke when i took it apart) so i dont have the orginal spedo so is there a better way??

just dont worry about it, when i switched clusters i rolled back 100 000 Km, hahah. It makes it seem in better condition. I know its illegal but meh what can u do
