Clean the connector to the CKP (Crankshaft positon sensor) if that doesn't help replace the CKP.

Try spraying some carb cleaner into your throttle body while turning the key and see it fires up for a few seconds.

He already knows the engine is getting spark and fuel. I don't see what difference carburetor cleaner is going to make. HOwever, starting fluid may make a difference.

He said he didn't know the fuel pressure. So how does he know his problem isn't fuel related? Carb cleaner acts the same as starting fluid when sprayed into the throttle body. If the car fires up when spraying carb cleaner into the throttle body it would indicate he has a fuel problem. If nothing happens when he sprays carb cleaner into the throttle body it would indicate an ignition problem.
