95 Cutty Soopreme ignition

G'day all, new member, seasoned mechanic,
Got 95 Cutty Supreme, 3.1 4spd OD auto-xmission, power everything, 275k miles, car has been flawlessly maintained before I purchased it a year ago. I'm told these things are a corrosion nightmare, and its looking like thats true.
Two days ago, the center spark coil goes bad, no HV out. Replaced it, fire came back. Then yesterday, after running fine all day , nice and hot it decides to crap out, This time, sounds like fuel starvation. Get towed in, after car cools off and I recharge battery, poof, car starts, this time same ignition problem, no HV from center coil pak. Running on 4cy instead of 6.
But obviously, its not a fuel pump or clogged filter. Drove it around today on the 4cys. Starts fine. Ok, today I check everything electrical I can find, re-install center coil. Still no joy or HV.
This car has creepy electrical problems, like flaky door locks, intermittent when wet, and this was displayed yesterday as well, but temps have been in low 20's F and nothings wet. Methinks its poor ground between doors and frame, and is not usually common in winter time.

Ok, am I looking at a bad ignition control module? The poor documentation Ive got from Autozone, shows the 3 coils mounted on it and it looks like a plate. Checking with center coil pak removed, car running, I have 14vdc on the two low voltage terminals.. DC, no pulses, just DC, checked on AC scale, only millivolts, the mechanic in me says, I should see some pulses here. If someone has some insight into this, I can avoid an $90 part replacement.

1) Anyone know what I should be seeing on that coil low volt terminals?
2) RE: corrosion, anyone have a location for grounds theyve found poor, and causing these kind of probs?
3) Ive found three fuse blocks, and Im being told theres another, I got two under the hood, and one in the dash, facing the passenger door. any more and if so where?

TIA Marc

Re: 95 Cutty Soopreme ignition

Found the coil problem, as expected, its prob the most costly electronic part on it.The spark control module.
$90, but its running fine now.
