Angry will not start

I have a 96 Cavalier. My wife took it to the store and when she came back out it wouldnt even try to start. The security light is lite when key is in the run position. Tried the passlock bypass and system reset that I found on here , but am having no luck. Someone please help?

where did you find the passlock bypass i may be having the same issue
