need help quick
windshield washer stopped working, filled the fluid and still not working. it's not even making noise when i hold the spray button. any suggestions

Please post the year and model Grand Prix.
What washer fluid did you use? The temperature rating? If you had summer windshield washer fluid then it may be frozen which will cause the pump not to function. If that is good then you can check the 12 volt input at the pump electrical connector located at the reservoir.

It's an '02. Do I have to take the battery out to get at the 12 volt input? It can't be frozen anymore because it has been 45 degrees today and it's winter formula for 20 below washer fluid.

No on battery removal. You can get to the electrical connector to the pump from underneath the car. You may have to remove a plastic splash panel. If the 12 volts is missing when washer switch is activated then the problem is the multifunction switch (stalk) or wiring. If 12 volts present at the connector then the pump motor is bad.
