Mercedes C DTM Promarkt

Hellow again form Slovenija

I decided to start built this model because of practicing to put decails on models and have one quick built just for a fun. And I also enter in Slovenian WEB scale plastic auto models contest. So here I will update you with my news. Let's start:

This Fujimi kit is so crapy. It has racing exterrior with civilian interrior. All details were put on the body. Also under car....there is no under!?! Just clasic, maybe from some old skyline or honda underplate  . Now you see reason why I will not put so attenzione on this built. Like I said, just little of fun:

Let see more details:

Great contrast between racing and stock car?

Details put directly to body:

Beautyful dashboard...but not for here. We are in reacing world Fujimi!

Well, in all bad things we can find some goodies, like that brembo breaks.

And I must admit, decails are also good to.

In the middle of job:

Look's like fishing:

Half of decals are on:

In last picture you can see that I move mufler from right side to middle.
Just old japan-style trick to get 300hbp

And here are some references, for those who cares about 94' DTM(thnx to AAlmeida):

Couple months ago in Mercedes museum:

So, now back to 1:24. Decals has been puted on. Next turn will be polishing:

Civilian interrior has been destroyed and been shifted to 'Race':

Fujimi just don't care if you drive E or C?! Here is reference form 190E:

That's it for today. Just last pair of photos with wheels on:

I'll be back!

Re: Mercedes C DTM Promarkt

Looking good for a quick build.

Not totally accurate, but you already mentioned that this would be a fun build.
Paintwork looks superb, by the way. Very impressive.

Re: Mercedes C DTM Promarkt

Very nice work.
I like what you have done to the interior to make it the race version.
