Ferrari F1

I was thinking about getting this kit. I know that I have been thinking a lot lately! What color red is this? Is it Tamiya's Italian Red?

You guys! Behave!

I noticed Tamiya just released a Flourescent red! I wonder if that is for the Ferrari Race colour?
Should say in the instructions!

I willl buy this kit once the Tamia shipment arrives at my hobby shop. As for the flourescent paint, this was a problem whe I was doing the Revell F310B - I just couldn't find it and had to do it in plain Ferrari red. I guess it looks OK, but I brush-painted it, so I'll never reallly know. The shipment should come in this week (so they say...and have been saying for three months!). Although the Revell one is 1:24, Tamiya - 1:20!

I'm assuming Tamiya does make Ferrari red in a spraycan, right? Anyone got the code?

Gives me more reason to never try a weathering job! I don't feel it worked here!
A car that's just completed a stage of the Monte would be a dark weathering, but road grime dries light!
