most people, use Flocking to make carpet, i am soon going to try it out!!but thanks! that looks cool too

I've seen fine painted sandpaper used for this purpose as well, to good effect.

umm that stuff is actually moleskin, you know the stuff you put over blisters to stop friction. you can those at any drugstore, anyways most modelers prefer flocking.
