Internals for nitrous

Okay I have a 94 gsr and I want to put like a 75 shot on it. I was wondering if anyone has any info on if it's better to go ahead and build the motor before spraying or go ahead and tear it up and then build it once you've already screwed up. The reason I want to know is because eventually I want to put like a 100 shot or maybe a little higher. So basically i am wondering what are the chances of warping the block or doing other major damage, and what all do i need to replace. Also what is the best kit for my car. I was looking into a zex but they dont seem to flexible as for as spraying over a 75 shot. Any info would be apprecaited. I just found this sight not to long ago; I used to post on purehonda all the time(if any one remebers that sight) .
