1997 Grand Am SE stuck ignition switch
Today, the key got stuck but the switch still turned. Tried wiggling steering wheel to no avail. Yanked key out, and now the key goes in and out like before but the switch/cylinder won't turn at all and the steering wheel is locked. Tried disconnecting the negative battery cable, but that only set off the alarm, which was supposedly deactivated and isn't programmed to the remote anymore.

Re: 1997 Grand Am SE stuck ignition switch
You'll need to replace the ignition switch, not much else you can do at this point.
