Rear Brakes dragging on 2000 Blazer
I am new to this but I'm in need of some help. I have a 2000 S10 blazer and have just replaced the rear brakes. The job was very simple and Everything came apart and went back together perfectly. However, now the rear brakes are dragging. They are not bad enough to keep the vehicle from rolling at idle in gear, but I can tell that the vehicle is working harder when driving it between 35 and 45 mph in 4th or 5th gear. If anyone could be of any help I'd appreciate it.

Welcome and this is a common problem on the 98 up Blazers with the single rear piston calipers as they are a plastic composite and jam after being pushed in or you did not pull the bracket slides bolts out of braket (rubber boot) and grease and make sure they are not frozen. You will eat at least one side of the rotor and it will warp due to heat so get them fixed.
