No power to fuel pump 2002 Cavalier

I have a 2002 Cavalier with no power to the fuel pump. I pulled the tank and tested the pump and it is fine (will replace anyways) Checked the harness from the tank to the car body and no power, same for where it plugs into the car body no power. This car is a rebuild so I am thinking maybe a bad wire somewhere but not sure. Is there a website that I can get a wiring diagram.
Any information that will help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Randy
