|
1980 chevy 454 excesive heat through intake
I bought this truck and it has hot spots through the intake runner. on 2 cylds. both cylders are on the same intake runner. burning the oil to the rockers and causing them to rattle. I have never seen this before .

Have you done a compression check?
how many miles? how does it run besides the hot spot?
