just joing the club with 93 1.6 need wheels

i just bought a 93 4sfe (4fse?) either way, i have three simple questions.

besides TRD, what performance companies are top of the line and trusted for toyota performance?

2, im going to do a CAI for fuel economy, what do most 4sfe guys use? also i may bore out the throttle body and manifold flush to one another then polish the throttle body a bit. anyone do anything like this?

and lastly i want to put on 16 or 17 inch wheels with a taller tire. i really like the late model supra wheels, but they are too wide. i would like to go with something like that. right now i have 15 inch with a low profile and on the highway the car screams in 5th gear.

if the taller tires dont bring my rpm down maybe ill swap the trans for a 6 speed. anyway if anyone has any advice on the wheels
