Some dealer claims to want Intrigues
1999/3.5GX/94K
I'm sure this is just some junk mail promo that went out to all older GM owners in their system, but I got a letter today from a local GM dealer that on the outside said something like "important! car buyback program." I thought for a second it might be some type of recall but I guess they're just looking to sell new cars. They claim they're "in desperate need to aquire several pre-owned 1999 olds intrigues by Oct, 31, in order to fulfill special vehicle requests." I thought that was funny. Like they've got guys coming in begging "you gotta find me a '99 intrigue!!!" LOL. That's what auto trader's for... actually that's where I found mine. I've never bought a new car and don't plan to (I likes to own me cars), besides, mine's got some dings and scratches and I'll probably go with Europe or Japan for the next car. I just thought it was pretty funny. |

Re: Some dealer claims to want Intrigues
A lot of dealers will market like this if they have high inventory. They simply want oyu to buy a car from them. I'm sure your Intrigue would be shipped to auction the next day.
