My 1998 Neon A/C doesn't work - I can add a jumper to power the compressor and it turns on - I took it in and the service guy said the system was fully charged and the low side switch is ok - he thinks it's an electrical short somewhere and started to troubleshoot but soon found is was going to take a lot of time and money - Anyone have a similiar experience or know what to look for? Appreciate any help!

Bad grounds and/or electrical wiring. You probably have a bad connection somewhere.

finding a bad wire only takes time not money and then to replace the wire is pocket change.
the hardest most tidious part is searching all the wiring |

Re: 1998 Neon A/C doesn't work - Need Help!
I'm going to try doing it myself but I was wondering if anyone knows of any particular area or location that is most likely to be the problem - Anyone had a similiar experience on a neon?
