Lightbulb M3 Sound System

I just wanted some input on what kind of multimedia system I should put in my car. Right now I'm looking at an alpine touchscreen for my head unit and two 12s in the trunk powered by a monster amp (such as an Xtant 1001). If anyone has any suggestions or has knowledge on subwoofers and amps that compliment a BMW please enlighten. Thanks
