door trim removal

Corolla 93, 4e-fe

Dear Friends,

Having recently bought some new door speakers, I Proceeded to remove the door trim.

I managed to take all the screws and the manual window handle.

when it came to remove the internal door lock release handle, I tried
to move it in all directions to release any possible catches, then I tried just pulling the thing off NO luck

In the american model there is a screw to be taken out to release it, but the UK model has nothing

Any sugesstions??

When I took the manual window handle off, a crank clip came off, any ideas how to put it back on?

Cheers
