key pellet value???

Alright, i measured the key pellet and it's 3.73. I got some resistors from radioshack that measure 3.83. The resistors I bought should be within range to do the vats bypass right?

i think there's a chart somewhere that lists the min and max acceptable levels of resistance for this?
