no daytime running lights

I have a 98 JGC and the daytime running lights don't work. The headlights work fine when the switch is turned on though. Any ideas? Thanx.

check your fuses and both sets of running lights dont work ? and do the turn signals work???

I see you are in Canada,is this a Canadian Jeep or did it come from the US?I think the Canada ones have a seperate DRL module, but I am in the US so I am not sure

I'm sure that it's the daytime running light module that is at fault, but where is it and what does it look like????????

It is supposed to be mounted on the pdc under the hood,I can't verify this but it looks like it should be on the bottom towards the front.I have a picture out of the manual but I don't know how to post it

Hey, thanx for the reply! Is it a small plastic black box that's about 2 inches square by about 1 inch thick with the connector sticking out the right side. It's directly below the power block and is attached with a single screw.

Thanx again. I couldn't find a "jobber" replacement, so I guess my dealer will be given the pleasure of taking too much of my money
