97 sunfire keyless remote programing

I have a 1997 sunfire and I need help programing my new keyless entery transmitter

Well seeing as how you asked this question in Feb of '05 and never recieved a reply, there's no use in me asking the same one...

I lost my keys, and although the new one they cut at the dealer started the car and unlocked the doors, it won't unlock the trunk.
