Unhappy UH oh... Leaky clutch fluid '95 Cavalier

My hydrolic clutch on my 95 Cavalier (5 speed) is leaking clutch fluid bad. The clutch pedal also seems to tend to want to sink to the floor, and in the worst instances, I can get the car into gear, but I can't get it out without an unpleasant grinding noise. I checked under the hood and found that the master resevoir was completely empty in these instances, so I topped it up. This helped with the replinishing the pressure in the clutch pedal, but when I looked under the car, I had a major spill of clutch fluid. It seems to be coming from the gearbox... or very near the gearbox of the car.

My question is... Could anybody please tell me WHERE exactly this spill is coming from??? I have a suspicion I may have just blown a seal in the master cylinder. If this is the case, could somebody Help a brutha' out and tell me how to replace it???
