How?

i was just wondering, how you make a car seem blurry using coloured pencils?
i want to start doing more complicated drawings as the ones i have drawn, the cars have been still. an example of the is in this pic. ( the car in the distance. i think its a Pescarolo?!?) Maybe i should just draw it in focus........ Thanks in advance.

hmmmm, good question, try making it look like its wet. sorta like dont define the linework, that sorta stuff.
