Talking Using flush and fill kit...which hose do I cut?

I am using the prestone Flush 'N Fill Kit to Back-Flush my system.

Here is an image of my hoses and I am unsure if I need to cut and attach the TEE to hose 1 or hose 2 in my image. I believe 1 but then again I could be way off and it could be neither. The diagram on the box doesn't help me much since everything seems to be in pretty much the reverse positon.

Oh ya! I know what ur talking about. A black plastic T that a garden hose will connect to? Usually I put it on one of the heater hoses. In ur pic 1 is the recirculater line and 2 goes to the radiator. I think they are to small of lines for the T, arent they?

Actually, nevermind...I see what you are saying now and those hoses are too small.

I didnt know for sure but i thought they might be to small. Those lines in ur pic the top 1, feeds into the reciculator, that also helps warm ur car up faster when its cold by taking the coolant straight from the engine block where its warmed faster and pumped into the thermostat housing. Hope it works out.
