Welding and body shop in Atlanta

All, I have an older 70's Mercedes that came in from MI. The car is pretty rusty and has rot in the outer rocker panels, fenders, wheelarches and rear valance. As the rocker panels are rusty, I suspect that the floor is shot too.
I have bought fenders and rocker panels for this car and am looking for a reasonable body shop to carry out the repair. It appears that most repair shops are more interested in insurance work then they are in private work. I have taken it to a couple of shops and have been quoted outragous prices. I suspect that they quote these numbers in an effort to turn me away. I am looking for a decent welding and body guy in Atlanta GA, as you understand this is a 70;s car so it is not worth a lot of money so I am on a budget.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Regards

Al

Al, what part of Atlanta? Sounds like some fairly extensive work. If I see a buddy of mine who owns a place called Car Clinic he might be able to do it, or know somebody that could.
