Horn Not working
Hello,
My gf drives a 1999 neon, and i do not know how long this has been going on but the horn does not work. I replaced the relay, and it still does not work i am begining to think that it is something else like the actual switch on the steering wheel. any suggestions on other places to look?

Have you checked the horn fuse in the fuse box under the hood? That was my problem when my horn didnt work. If the fuse isnt blown.,see if the connection to the horn is still connected. On my 96 neon the horn is behind the left fender.

Its in the fuse box under the hood it might be with the relay im not to sure. I know there are large fuses in that box though. The horn is like a 5 or 10 amp fuse its one of the mini fuses. hope this helps
