First Kill w/ Civic

Well, this one caught me off guard because I was driving around on the freeway down 495 S last night, I wasnt even looking for a race because I just got my civic back after I had to send it in for a while. I wasn't paying much to anything behind me, its late and you never know whats going to happen in front of you right? "Wtf?" I ask myself hearing a loud noise comming from behind me, thinking it was my exhaust or something was wrong with my car as then on the side of me a 4th gen civic hatch with all the show, but probally no go pulls up aside of me. Keeping most of my attention out ahead of me still, though theres only one car on the road tonight and it was turning off. It was his exhaust I was hearing when I thought it was my own. I glance over because hes still beside me, looks like he was waiting on me. He guns it, I drop it back to third since I was bairly in 4th at the time. To make things short, by the time I had gone all the way up to 4th from third, I already had about 2 cars on him and kept going till I just shut down somewhere before I hit redline for 4th. Though of course a few moments later here comes that civic blowing by me, he even had the nerve to put on his hazards after I had shut it down. "Right...I didnt know we were racing the second time." But satisfaction was still mine, for before I turned off I seen Mr. 4th gen with some red and blue lights behind him as I drove by about 2 exits before I had to get off. All and all, Id say it was pretty good night, well, unless I hit the center divide because of him. Mods I have are in sig, couldnt tell you his, except for maybe a exhaust, probally a muffler tip, alot of extra weight with that body kit he had, and it was lowered? My civic looks bone stock save for the exhaust and the headlights and my wheels, maybe he thought the engine was the same too?

Re: First Kill w/ Civic

something similar happened to me the other day, but I was embarassed by my own forgetfullness... i had the boost turned down to only 10 psi (need new clutch), and thought I was still doing 17 when I decided to take on this mustang V6, after I saw him beggin for it... needless to say, that really sucked for me. need EBC NOW!!!! (and a new clutch)
