300C tuning - performance
Does anyone have a list of tuners for the new 300C? I am interested in having it match or be close in terms of performance to the upcoming SRT8.
I've seen the Dempsey/West Coast convertible, but don't want to pay $60K for a car with bunch of DVD, LCD screens, etc. The Tahakara (sp?) car is very nice, meanwhile, with the nice grill and reverse doors. If one does not know any tuners, what would be the advice regarding performance parts modifications and upgrades? For example, which filter (K&N ?), oil (Royal Purple?), tired (BF Goodrich g-force T/A?). The goal is to make the car faster and handle better, without paying more than 10K. I am not interested in racing, just having a fast car that would accelerate quickly when needed and stop just as well, while being a everyday car. On the same note, where do some people get a Bentley-like metallic mesh grill instead of the usual plastic one? |

Yes, I've seen several like that on the road. Where did you get the grill? Any suggestions? Any other modifications? |

I actually got mine done by the dealer. He has someone doing them for him. We're in Ontario Canada, I'm not sure where you could get it.

Re: 300C tuning - performance
its because its a Benz grill, I think.
Diamler_Chrysler, as in Diamler_Benz. Also as in Mercedes_Benz. why do you think the SRTs are so damn fast anyway ? particully the 4. tiny little 2.4. Well, tiny for a company that uses a Hemi badge |

if interested in grills, u can find the best accessories here:
http://www.autotrucktoys.com/300/Chr...ior-C1195.aspx dealers are overpriced... none of this stuff is too hard to do yourself or pay your local body shop to do for u for much less than a dealer... if interested in tuning, i suggest u go here: http://www.gsmotorsports.com/vehicles.html and click store... best tuning for not too much u can find... or just at the mopar exhaust kit... |
