2002 power steering

has anyone checked their power steering fluid on their late model monte carlo ss. it took me a while to find it and burnt my hand! why in the heck would they place this item where they did? it reminds me how much i hate front drive!!

So where is it?

You mentioned that you had a problem finding it. So am I! So where is the power steering reservoir?

back passenger side of engine, below alternator. i had to take off the crossbar and then the overflow coolant resevoir. Then you'll have room to lower a small funnel in and work your magic.

Yep, its really hidden back there. Even tho you know its on the passenger side, behind the engine, its still hard to find.. But, its there!
