need help with engine problem

I just purchased an edelbrock performer carb and intake and installed it on my car...the first time i drove it it was running okay....then it started dying when it went around corners....i think i may have gotten water in my gas tank, would that make sence as to why that is happening, or do you think my carb needs to be rebuilt, seeing as i did buy it used, no telling how long it has been run....

thanks,
nick

Re: need help with engine problem

Umm, yea water in the gas tank isnt good, but also Possibly you put your carb on the wrong way and then when you take turns the gas is moving all the way to one of the corners in the carb and isnt being released. ( Sorry that was hard to explain, i forgot what some of parts where called) I hope you understand what I mean. If you have any other questions PM me. -GOOD LUCK!
