Question liftgate compatibility

Is a liftgate from a 98 grand cherokee compatible with a 94? I know they are different in that the 98 has glass that opens where the 94 does not, but will they bolt up the same?

Thumbs up

Just in case anyone wants to know...After many unsuccessfull phone calls to dealers and junkyards and then looking at pictures from many angles, I decided to take my chances and purchase the 98 liftgate off of the internet. It bolted right on to my 94 and it is the exact same color as my jeep! Now I have an operational window on my liftgate - and no rust, since it came from South Carolina. So it appears that liftgates from 94 to 98 are interchangeable. (93 may fit as well)
Next time I will even use the correct posting forum for my grand cherokee
