Need Help With Car ......

Ok I have a 1993 Lincoln Continental the transmission has not worked right since I have had it the car shifts from 1st to 2nd to 3rd but it will not go into 4th gear so the car only goes about 105-110kms then it starts to rev up I dont know what his could be the frist gears swich great it is just 4th gear that dont work.
Do you think that it is the transmission itself I have change all the fluids and filter vut it still does the same thing I have even tryed adding Lucass to the transmission but with no luck.
The other problem that I have with this car is there is no power to the car the motor is NEW it only has 15,000 kms on it I have changed the plugs and cap and all the wires two time all ready this seems to help for a bit but after about 1 month are so it go right back to the way it was before the car well run but the rpm go up to about 4,000 then drop to about 1,000 up and down When i hit he gas and hold it for about 40 sec at 3,000rpm it runs the normal again what could this be
I have cleaned the injectors I have tryed everthing
When I slam the gas to the floor the car does not do anything
is this the passing gear cable? does it need to be fixed are what
for a New engine it should have all the power in the world right

You are more likely to get tech help in the tech forums.If it hasn't worked right since you got it,'needing help right away' means you should have checked it out better before you bought it.
