Is there any differences between them? Which would be better for club racing and upgrading?

I saw some decent tl-01 and tb-01's ready to race, with some upgrades added, on ebay. Which look ok. (There also very cheap.)

The Tamiya XB series can be upgraded (it's their other prebuilt series that cannot, QR or something like that), not sure about the HPI Sprint. Both compainies make very good ready to run cars.
