intake warped???
Anybody ever heard of a Intake manifold on a 2002 5.3l vortec tahoe getting warped....???
My mechanic said that they have had 3-5 of them lately.... thanks in advance

The plastic plenum will warp causing a lean condition or cold rough idle/misfire condition

Cool It!
Put a 180 degree thermostat in your truck to protect it from excessive heat. OBD2 will still be able to go into closed loop, and your truck will perform better.
