'93 Gr Am popping noise

I was wondering, I have been experiencing a popping sound whenever I go to make a left turn. It's coming from the front drivers side. I just recently had my sway bars replaced and the brake calipers (1 was bad) replaced. As of yesterday (3/02/04) the drivers side axel was leaking grease all over the place. So I had both axels replaced. However, the popping sound is still there. It's not as loud as before though. Is this something I need to worry about seeing how everything on the front suspension has basically been replaced? Or should I just allow some time for the axels to work themselves in? The car now has 108,000 miles on it. Any advise on this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

cv joints

Hi acheiva. When the axels were replaced, the cv boots were also replaced. I was told that where the boots meet the inside of the wheels, everything looked o.k. The onlt thing left to replace is the tie rod ends which I was also told were tight. Any other suggestions? Thanks for the info.

Well if your leeking grease then the only thing I can think about is the cv boots are either broken or something.

Re: '93 Gr Am popping noise

THanks for replying, Markgase2000. Cv boots, ball joints, axels have been replaced. Been told that the tie rods are still in good shape. I don't even want to think about the rack and pinion. If that's going bad, the cars going first. Let you know. Thanks!
