The car I loathe more than anything...

Since I know you all hold my opinion in the highest respect possible(/sarcasm) I'm here to share with you why I hate the 1995 Ford Thunderbird LX.

I'm thinking that I'd wrather drive a camel. I have had this car for about 4 months now and I can't stand it. I hate the exterior look most of all. I'm not some wannabe ricer, but still, its horrid. Then you add the fact that MINE, I'm not taking claim to anybody else experiance with this car: had dry rotted tires that caused me to have a wreck which sent my insurance through the roof, plus tires had to be replaced. Tranny had to be replaced 1 month after I got it for unknown reasons. and lights keep going off in my car that indicates it needs to go in for another check up. I hate my car so ****ing much. My parents claim that all cars are money-pits like mine. Which I don't claim that they aren't, I'd wrather have somethign that I want to put my money into to get it back ASAP so I can drive it. Not some broken down POS that I can't stand to climb into every time I have to go somewhere. I hate hobbling around town in it...

On the plus side, my parents told me that when I pay it off I can do anyting I want with it. They just won't help me. The think its insane that I want to sell a 'perfectly' good car and that I'll make somebody happy when they get a practically brand new car(74K miles) with new wheels and new tranny. I hate it so so so much. -_- My rant is complete. Thank you. Come again.

No they aren't. When I bought my Eagle Vision I paid $3,500 out the door. The car had a rough idle and I had to put about $600 to fix the car. Since then all I've had to do is change the oil. It has been a good ever since. The Thunderbirds/Cougars were known for a lot of transmission and engine problems.
