Fiber Images CF Hoods

This is the Fiber Images CF hood for all 91-94 Sentras. Fiber Images is in the process of making the P10 hoods. The P11 hood is already available. These are the best fitting, best made cf hoods that I have ever seen produced! They weigh approximately 13-14 lbs.

I would like to thank Leonard @ Fiber Images for Sponsoring the car!

Oh, I'd like to disagree...

Henry had the original P11 hood made by FI. The fit was horrible, the grill didnt fit in the cut-out, the hood was warped, the hood latch mount was on the wrong side. He needed to use hood pins to keep the hood closed.

He tried countless times to have them fix the problems, he even offered to pay for the new hood and fly out the FI rep to see the problems first hand. They never replied, just left him high and dry w/ a POS.

About 2 years later they are still selling the same POS. I know someone who ordered one about 4 months ago (even after I urged him not to) and the hood latch still cannot be used. He also needed to modify the grill cutout for it to fit.

(I also wont get into the fact that my friend runs a popular shop here and I can tell you first hand that the hoods are not as good as they claim. More than 50% have numerous cosmetic blemishes)

So who's better than Fiber Images? Dunno, havent really seen any better than there's. But that doesnt mean they offer a good product.

Henry was getting a local CF design company to take moulds of his hood, they could even make them body coloured. I think they did work for Nassa or the air force. Don't know how far along the development went b4 Henry was called up?

Yep... after the whole drama with FI, he was looking into getting a new hood made elsewhere. Dont know if it ever happened though.
