J-spec H22A in a Civic

K, so I'm hanging out with some guys from my local area, and this guy slides up in a 5th gen civic hatch with a J-spec H22A in it. This swap is clean as hell, and sounds awesome. He gets out, and we start talking, and he says that he already had it dyno'd, only mods on it are I/H/E and Spoon ECU chip for higher redline. He claims that he's getting 206 wheel hp and 280 wheel torque. Is there any way this is possible? I know that the JDM motors are generally more powerful than the USDM's, but how could any honda push that much more torque than hp? It just doesn't make any sense to me at all. I'll try to get some pics of it in the next week or so.

I just don't think this guy knew what he was talking about...

Re: J-spec H22A in a Civic

(Torque x Engine speed) / 5,252 = Horsepower

So according to the formula, given that he produced peak Hp at 6500rpms, he should be pushing 347hp. Tell him next time he wants to try talking smack, to know how and why we have Hp numbers, and why they are high than torque numbers.
